All clients are expected to treat the therapist, staff, and fellow clients with kindness, professionalism, and respect at all times.

2. Cleanliness & Hygiene
Please arrive clean and practice good hygiene. Our studio maintains high cleanliness standards to ensure everyone’s safety and comfort.

3. Equipment Care
Respect the equipment and space. Do not use massage tools, linens, or furniture improperly. Any damage caused may incur a replacement fee.

4. Confidentiality & Privacy
Client health information and sessions are kept confidential. We respect your privacy and expect the same courtesy.

5. Appointment Times
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid impacting the next client’s appointment.

6. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged a cancellation fee (typically 50%–100% of the session price).

7. No-Shows
Clients who do not show up for an appointment without prior notice will be charged the full session fee.

8. Illness & Contagion
If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule. This helps protect the health of staff and other clients.

9. Professional Boundaries
This is a professional therapeutic space. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session and possible banning from future services.
